Q: Do you deliver or meet up for orders?

A: I used to be able to meet customers somewhere in the middle to make pickups easy. However, I have found that having 4 kids (1 of which is a newborn) that this is just too difficult to manage. I often have multiple orders being picked up in a day, which makes meeting customers too hard. Therefore, I have created the "free local pickup" option on the website that allows local customers to place/pickup their orders free of expensive shipping fees if they desire. 

Q:How does free local pickup work? 

A: You can select the free local pickup option on the last page of the checkout process to avoid shipping fees if you are local to the Washington State area. Once you order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email stating your order has been fulfilled and a time/date will be set up for you to come pickup your order at my home in the Bonney lake/Buckley area off of 410 and 234th. At that time, the address to my home will be sent to you. 

Q: Where can I find your products? 

A: I sell all of my products at the Puyallup Farmer's Market for the summer season which runs from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. I also have my products listed right here on the website for convenient ordering. 

Q: What is your refund/return policy?

A: Due to the sensitive nature of my products, I do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. Thank you for understanding. 

**POLICIES**

1. Local Pickup and Orders

All local pickup orders must be picked up within 14 days of date of purchase.  If an order is paid for and not picked up within 14 days, your will be sent an invoice for shipping. If the shipping invoice is not paid within 48 hours,your order will be refunded and charged a  20% restocking fee. Due to the sensitive and sometimes short shelf life of products, this is necessary. I strive to keep my inventory fresh, and my goal is to get your order to you. However, if I am in unsuccessful in getting a response for picking up your order, I have no other choice then to follow the above protocol. 

Orders that have not been paid for, have a 14 day holding period from the day that your order is either ready or an invoice was sent. If an order has not been paid for during this 14 day holding period; the complete order (even if it's a custom order) will be placed on the website for sale.
